About
I grew up an active firecracker, dancing, playing rugby, and racing around on my dirtbike. After graduation I lived abroad before settling back home and starting my adult life working as a power engineer always keeping up on a fitness lifestyle. After a decade of shift work I really noticed a decline in my physical health and decided to invest in my longevity (and to help others in similar situations) and went back to school earning my diploma in personal fitness training.
I graduated in 2020 as a certified personal fitness trainer with honors. Since then, I’ve leveled up with my gold standard CSEP certification, experience in youth sports performance, group fitness, individualized training and online coaching, plus specializations in pre/postnatal fitness, corrective exercise, and senior fitness.

BODY RECOMPOSITION
Based on individual’s specific goals (i.e. weight loss, strength).
FLEXIBILITY
Improvement of range of motion in the body using myofascial techniques, as well as static, neuromuscular, and dynamic stretching.
FUNCTIONAL FITNESS
Training that focuses on the human body as an integrated and multidimensional system, which assists in improving functionality for completing daily life tasks.
PRENATAL/POSTNATAL FITNESS
4th trimester transition, ab rehabilitation, time sensitive workouts, functional programs/exercises to help prepare for baby, or strengthen to make everyday activity easier.
SPORTS PERFORMANCE
Individual & team training. Using sport specific movement analysis to increase strength, speed, and agility needed for sport.
CORRECTIVE EXERCISE
Correcting muscle imbalance, injury prevention / rehabilitation, working with chronic pain/ conditions.
SENIOR FITNESS AND GROUP CLASSES
Safely working to develop and encourage a healthier lifestyle for ageing adults.
CORPORATE EVENTS
