Required for all new clients. Assessment may include (depending on goals): Body composition, postural assessment, flexibility assessment, muscular strength and endurance testing, cardiovascular testing.

Fitness Sessions

30 or 60 min. sessions available. In person or on-line. Tailored to individual goals.
